Havaianas launches the sandals Pacman and Arts, inspired by art and by the retro movement, they are focused on the male audience. The first model is based on the theme of the classic Pacman, one of the most successful games in the 1980s. The second model has illustrations of the duo of graffiti artists Mulheres Barbadas (Bearded Ladies) and is inspired by street art.
Alpargatas (manufacturer of Havaianas ) and the advertising agency AlmapBBDO prepared two ads based on the sandals to promote the new collection. The ads are being transmitted in magazines with double and single pages, and also should gain space in website portals linked to fashion and behavior.

A new stage in the training of farmers who participate in the project Time to Endeavor in Rondônia will occur between September 4th and 7th. The goal is to transmit to the communities around Jirau Hydroelectric Power Plant (in Rondonia) notions about the operation of agribusiness and the role of family farmers in this sector of the economy. The project was developed by Camargo Corrêa Builder, Sebrae and Camargo Corrêa Institute (ICC) to reach technical and economic viability of production and commercialization of fruits.

The consortium led by Construtora Camargo Corrêa won the contract to build the Ituango hydroelectric plant, in Cauca River, in the Antioquia province, 180 kilometers from Medellín city in Colombia. With 2,400 MW of installed capacity, the project will be the largest hydroelectric plant of the country, and belongs to Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM).
The international bidding process held by EPM was attended by business groups from Italy, Spain, South Korea, and Brazil. There were several stages over eleven months, in a strict technical selection process that set a new standard for engineering projects, with highly detailed specifications.
