The idea of the Butler, which is active since February 2013, is that the user schedules the appointment in an agile and efficient way, instead of waiting in line. CCDI's application allows users to open calls, using commands and filters designed especially for each subject, through a smartphone, tablet or also directly at the company's website. This way, an analyst from CCDI's team will contact the customer in a convenient and proactive way.
"We implemented the application to get closer to customers, understand their needs and follow the connected profile. We were pioneers, we bet on this new way of relating to our customers, and we are very happy to receive this recognition", comments Mirza Voos, relationship manager of the Customer Space.
