Camargo Corrêa Institute hosts seminar for Defense of Children's RightsWednesday, April 24, 2013 - 17:25
From Today, April 24 to Friday, the 5th Seminar of the Network of Cities for Defense of Children's Rights, organized by Camargo Corrêa Institute in cooperation with InterCement and Construtora Camargo Corrêa.
The event is part of Ideal Childhood program and happens in Jaboticatubas (MG), and will gather the Community Development Committees (CDCs) from 18 cities.
The opening lecture, about the importance of the first six years of children's lives, will be given by Vital Didonet, a teacher specializing in early childhood education. Suzana Herculano Houzel, neuroscientist and columnist for the newspaper Folha de São Paulo, talks about "The neuroscience of child development."
