Camargo Corrêa support circuit in favor of Hospital de Câncer (Cancer Hospital) in Barretos

Camargo Corrêa Group is sponsoring the Corrida&Caminhada Contra o Câncer (Race & Walk against Cancer) which is happening since October 14th and runs until December 16th. The participant cities are: Belo Horizonte (MG), Balneário Camboriú (SC), Alphaville (SP), Campinas (SP), Ribeirão Preto (SP), Blumenau (SC), São José (SC), and Brasília (DF). The circuit will revert 100% of the funds raised through the sale of registration to Hospital de Câncer of Barretos, in the State of São Paulo, an international benchmark in medical care of high complexity in cancer treatment.

All stages will have circuits of 1.8 mile to walk and 3.7 miles to race and is expected to receive up to 14,500 participants. The amount of money raised from the sale of registrations has already a specific destination: child and youth session, which now has beds, outpatient clinics, infusion rooms separated by age, rehab center, chemotherapy, emergency laboratory, reception, administration, support services, and emergency care 24 hours. Besides offering a second treatment to children at an advanced stage, the child and youth session in the hospital also invests in early diagnosis and prevention.
