The Brazilian Construction Industry Chamber has launched the CBIC Guide of Good Practices in Sustainability, with 29 examples of good business practices. The Partnerships for Sustainability program, from Construtora Camargo Corrêa, was one of the initiatives recognized.

The Partnerships for Sustainability program promotes sustainable management among strategic suppliers, clients, and stakeholders. "Being an example of good practice means we are on the right track. We have to influence and stimulate actions across our chain, materializing principles of sustainability that add value to our business", says Kalil Farran, Sustainability Executive Manager of Construtora Camargo Corrêa.

Since 2009, the program has trained more than 100 suppliers, including Nord Electric, which built a building with the best eco-efficiency standards.

The fifth group of Partnerships for Sustainability takes place on April 24 and will bring together about 30 companies.
