The most intense traffic is expected for the Castello Branco-Raposo Tavares System, managed by CCR ViaOeste, where about 506 thousand vehicles should circulate in both directions from today (March 28) and Sunday (March 31). The tolls will operate with full capacity at collection cabins.
At ViaLagos, that goes through the state of Rio de Janeiro, 158 thousand vehicles are expected to go through the highway from today to Monday (April 1). The most intense traffic will be seen until tomorrow, Friday (29/03), with some 64 thousand vehicles expected. For the holiday's end, 53 thousand vehicles are expected to travel through ViaLagos, on Easter Sunday, and another 22 thousand on Monday (April 1).
For the São Paulo portion of CCR ViaDutra, 270 vehicles are expected to leave São Paulo using the highway from Thursday (28) midnight to Friday (29). In the Rio de Janeiro portion, about 136 thousand vehicles should leave the capital and neighboring cities in the same period. The concessionaire will keep in the holidays the campaign about the dangers of drinking and driving, with banners posted along the road.
On the Rio-Niterói Bridge, connecting the two cities in the Rio de Janeiro state, some 250 thousand vehicles are expected to use the bridge toward Niterói and the coastal cities of Costa do Sol. According to CCR Ponte, Thursday (March 28) and Friday (March 29) will be the days with the most intense traffic, with 91 and 89 thousand vehicles expected, respectively.
