Construtora Camargo Corrêais opened today, September 3, the application process for Young Talent Program on the website It aims to hire new talents to work at the company's several work sites in Brazil and abroad. The application deadline is October 1.

The process is open to professionals from Civil, Electric, and Production Engineering, Business Management, and Economy, who completed their college education between December 2010 and December 2012, from any area of Brazil. It's important to have at least intermediate English skills and be available for traveling and relocating, since the Program provides for assignments to several regions in Brazil and in the markets where the company operates. The location will be defined after the candidates are approved.

The Program's stages are online tests, group dynamic activities, and face-to-face interviews. All stages are finals.

The chosen participants will start to work in January 2013, and for a 24-month term they will hold specific positions at the company's enterprises. Young Talents will receive training on technical, behavioral, and self-knowledge contents, in addition to individual coaching sessions.
