For the second consecutive year, Construtora Camargo Corrêa received the Social Responsibility Award of Pró-Cidadania Institute (IPC), with highlight in the Excellence in Partnership category. In its 4th edition, the initiative seeks to recognize successful corporate practices for the inclusion of disabled people in the labor market and the society.

IPC is a partner of the construction company in "Conviver com as Diferenças" program, which seeks the valuation of diversity through the hiring and integration of people with disabilities. "Receiving this award again evidences our commitment to social inclusion and how we want, with this, to generate shared value also for the society", explains Carolina Righi, Social Responsibility Manager at Camargo Corrêa.

Operating for 23 years, the Pró-Cidadania Institute is an OSCIP (Civil Society for Public Interest Organization) which promotes the qualification and professional development of people with disabilities, providing for their integration and inclusion in the labor market, in addition to their social and economic development
