According Elsa Ronsoni Pereira, director of SENAI Marechal Rondon School, education is the path to social inclusion. "The change comes from education. The more people study, the more they will be empowered, and the more educated they are, the more job opportunities they will have", said the director.
For apprentice Felipe Alves, 19, the training will solve the problem of lack of experience that many youngsters face when looking for their first job. "It was an entrance door for us, apprentices, who had this opportunity to enter the labor market. Youngsters with no previous experience find it more complicated to get a better job, but with training, everything is different", he said.
The graduation of the Production Assistant happened in the morning and in the afternoon. Nineteen students graduated with the morning class, and 24 with the afternoon class.
