May participate of the program college or technical high schools students of Biological, Exact, and Humanities courses, with expected course conclusion between December 2013 and December 2015. CPFL Energy will provide to the internships a stipend and benefits compatible with the market, for a journey of 18, 20, 24 or 30 hours per week (maximum of six hours per day).
"In CPFL the intern has the chance to express their ideas and specially to interact with the leaders. This is crucial to develop the feeling of belonging and some of the skills valued in business. The internship is a valuable tool for students of technical and under graduated level. Undoubtedly, everyone will benefit by the knowledge acquired and by the chance to put into practice what is learned in the classroom," said Mônica de Oliveira Rocha, Human Resources Manager – People Development at CPFL Energy.
Number of interested candidates grows every year
For the 2011 edition, 12,725 students competed for the Internship Program of CPFL Energy, which offers opportunities to develop competences like innovation, entrepreneurial attitude, passion for winning, process excellence, customer focus, and commitment with sustainability. In 2012 edition, the number of candidates increased to 20,488, a growth of 61%.
The professionals hired by CPFL Energy can participate actively in the strategic planning of the company, besides to have the opportunity of attending the Corporative University and so integrate courses in several areas.
