During the holidays, CPFL’s Service Posts will have special service times for customers in the Santos Coastal Areas. On Saturday, February 9, the posts in cities of Santos, São Vicente and Praia Grande will be open from 9 AM to 1 PM. On Monday, from 8 AM to noon, and on Wednesday the service will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM.
The goal is to provide an alternative for consumers, usually real estate owners who don’t live in the area and need CPFL’s services but can’t visit the coast out of holidays.
As a preventive measure, the company’s technicians will visit the streets and avenues to check and make corrections to the roads samba vehicles will use, thus reducing the risk of accidents involving the electric grid. All to secure the population’s safety.

CPFL’s Call Center is prepared to respond on a 24/7 basis through line 0800-010-25-70, even during the Carnival holidays. Customers can also contact us directly through our website, www.cpfl.com.br, or at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the power goes out, customers can also use the SMS contact. Customers only need to type in their personal identification code – which can be found in the electric power bill – and send it to number 27304. The operational center checks whether the power is out in the property area and replies informing the time of reestablishment.
