Camargo Corrêa Institute launches the 2012 Doing Good Day

Friday, July 06, 2012 - 12:54

Created in 2009 to celebrate the 70 years of Camargo Corrêa Group, the Doing Good Day has become an annual solidarity event.

Professionals from companies in the Group, families and friends engage simultaneously in actions to benefit communities where they live on an August Sunday.

The initiative is a part of the Ideal Volunteer program, developed by Camargo Corrêa Institute to foster and create opportunities of volunteer work.

The program is open to professionals from companies belonging to the Camargo Corrêa Group, their families, friends, and retired employees.

In 2012, the Doing Good Day will be August 26. People who want to join should be a member of an Ideal Volunteer Action Group (GAIV). The GAIV has a series of responsibilities, and the team has an essential role to make the Doing Good Day happen correctly.

In this year, the teams involved count on the Ideal Volunteer Website. This is a channel developed as a social network to share information between volunteers and make easier to manage actions from professionals of Camargo Corrêa Group.

Applications should be submitted from July 2 to 16, so come and join us!
