Paulista Project by CCDI is awarded in São Paulo

The Paulista 1230 Project (Matarazzo Tower and Shopping Cidade de São Paulo) was the winner of category "Infrastructure" at the 2nd Milton Vargas Awards, organized by Fundações & Obras Geotécnicas Magazine. Mauricio Ferreira Bonetti, coordinator of the work, represented CCDI at the event held on October 18, in São Paulo.

This is the second edition of the Awards, and it assessed works completed by August 2011 or still in progress by that time. The winners were nominated in four categories: "Infrastructure", "Intelligent solution", "Sustainability", and "Foundations".

A milestone in Paulista Avenue

The Paulista 1230 is a project by CCDI, in partnership with Cyrela Commercial Properties (CCP), with the aim of becoming another milestone in São Paulo. Located in Paulista Avenue, the project – formed by a business tower and a shopping center – includes a 2,380 square-meter green area open to the public, with trees from of species, and circulation, living, and accessibility areas. The project is scheduled to be delivered by 2015.

The business tower will have 13 floors with office floors ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 square meters. But the adjoining shopping center will have five floors, 142 stores, a food court, nine restaurants, six cinema rooms, a theater, as well as support and living services, in addition to seven underground parking floors.
